Vinyl Wall Art - Looks Handpainted

When it comes to wall decor, there are many different options available. Walls can be painted one plain color and decorated with paintings and family photographs. Interior walls can be painted in stripes or other patterns, covered with wallpaper or wall borders, or even personalized with vinyl wall art. Choosing which style works for your lifestyle and taste is completely individual.

Wall decals are becoming more and more popular due to their ease of use, customization and ability to change or remove in a manner of minutes. Vinyl wall art is also gaining popularity because of the unique look. Printed decals can utilize your personal photos and made into life-size wall art, or detailed logos or other artwork can be created to look like they were hand painted onto a wall. Even quotes or other special words can be made into vinyl wall decals, words or phrases can be made into a lasting memory with ease.

Wall art sticks to almost any smooth or lightly textured surface like painted walls, glass, mirrors, smooth metal and wood. Interior grade vinyl will not stick to rough or uneven surfaces like bare cinder block, brick, porous aluminum, or stucco surfaces.

If you have a textured wall, wallpaper, high gloss paint, special finish or other unique surface, most wall decal companies will recommend ordering and leaving a sample piece on your wall for 48 - 72 hours to test it's adhesion and removal before applying your purchased vinyl. Vinyl decals will stick to some textured surfaces, but it's always best to test before you purchase.
